It takes nothing to be kind and have great cusomer service and Stacy/Powell-Barefoot have both. They genuinely care about the service they provide and are extremely knowledgeable. Stacy knows what she is doing! I highly recommend this agency.
They saved us a lot of money on car insurance
I had an issue with my auto insurance last week and did not know what needed to be done. Stacey and all of the staff at the office were so helpful and let me know that they would help me take care of the issue. That is why I love doing business in a small place rather than a company that does not know you and care about helping you. They went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough.
I had been overcharged for auto insurance for years. Stacey took the time to get a couple of quotes for me which ended up significantly reducing the cost I was paying for insurance. I have been so impressed with her customer service and prompt response to all of my questions and concerns as she has gone above and beyond to assist me.
