I had a great experience with Powell Banz Valuation. I needed a retrospective (date-of-death) appraisal and their team was responsive, organized, and professional throughout. London conducted the site visit and was friendly, thorough, and clearly knew what she was doing. The final report was well-documented and easy to understand. I would absolutely recommend them.

They’ve been unresponsive and ride as I’ve tried to get the appropriate property appraisal from them after already paying almost $4000 for their services. Will not use them again, would not recommend.
