Powell Banz Valuation was an excellent firm to work with for our commercial appraisal needs and they exceeded our expectations in timeliness, professionalism, thoroughness, quality and clear communication. I feel confident in their evaluation, methods and reporting and they stand out as superior above any other commercial appraisers that we have used. They came recommended to us and I would also recommend them and use them again!
Our initial reason for contacting Powell Banz was because our farm had property line adjustments and we were hoping they would provide clarification. They provided none and they provided an appraisal for the wrong property. They’ve been unresponsive and ride as I’ve tried to get the appropriate property appraisal from them after already paying almost $4000 for their services. Will not use them again, would not recommend.
