Awful. Not only was there no office to go into, but they didn't pick up the phone. After I called and left a message, someone texted me and said they would get right back with me. After about 2 hrs, I texted back to check to see if they were ready to talk and all I received was "we're closed" Terrible customer service!

Do not hire this company. Hired Powell A/C Allen Fitzgerald to install two new mini-splits that we purchased elsewhere. On installation day, both units worked fine, so we paid $1,450 for the install, and then tipped Allen $550. Well, a couple of days later the larger unit started leaking on our walls and new floors. Allen came out and did something but basically couldn't figure the problem out. The unit continued to leak. Allen made about ten appointments that some included my husband taking off of work, but did not show up.... read more
