Dr. Simon is excellent. She treats her patients like people, has collaborative conversations about care options, and is overall the best primary care provider I’ve had.
I always get great care
As a patient, this practice is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. As noted by many other reviews, be ready to wait for an hour to be seen, 6-8 months for a follow up appointment as an established patient and please note, it takes an army to even get in touch with anyone there. Was seeking an alternative provider within Bon Secours because of the issues above but needed a 9-day refill of a very basic, daily medication until I could be seen by a new provider.
