RecommendedThe staff is very nice and on point
Before I started going to this office I had lost all confidence in doctors, I had some pretty bad experiences that were not my fault and never received an apology. when I first met Dr Roach I had my guard up, but after a few minutes I felt at ease. she's a very thorough and caring person who takes her time with me, thus restoring my faith in at least part of the medical community. The staff there is also very friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone including family.
I love the front staff. The nurses are always quick and professional. Karen Cooper he genuinely listens and wants to give me the best care. My only issue here is the wait times and the delays. Example: my appointment is 10:00, 11:20 before I’m in the exam room, 12:10 before I see my doctor, then it’s close to 1pm before I leave. My advice would be schedule for at least 3-4 hours of your time if you intend on coming to the clinic. The only reason I still come is because it’s worth the wait.
There are no better. Been going here for over ten years. No complaints.
Dr Purcell is a awesome Dr love her to death always listens to me.
