I booked an appointment online and got there and at the time of my appointment, received a text saying the appointment time expired. Nowhere did it say I was requesting a booking. It said I was making a booking. I put my credit card in. The times were showing that she was available starting at 9am and I set it for 10. There was 3 whole hours someone could have called me to let me know it wasn’t going to happen. It also stated that there was a 50% fee for canceling yet I show up and no one is there. Alex is hands down the best stylist I have ever been to! I've been searching for years for a local stylist and I have FINALLY found my perfect match! We connect, I let her know what I want before I go. She is honest and let's me know what is doable and what will take time or need to be adjusted according to my color. Found a stylist that is talented in color and cut, also very efficient and flexible. Above all is honest when it comes to our consults!! I am not one for loud crowded salons so I LOVE the Powder Room Studios lofts! The one on one pampered experience cannot be beat!
