Very frustrating experience. We were told it would be $50 per person to stay at the table, which 4 out of 6 of us clearly heard. Then we were given tequila we never ordered and ended up with a $1,900 bill. When we tried to explain, the manager blamed us and said we should “listen more carefully.” That is not how you treat customers. We felt misled and taken advantage of. Definitely not coming back.
I booked a table for 6 people for my birthday, after 1.5 hrs we were told that our table comes to the end and we can sit at a different table for $50 deposit per person (which is about 3 cocktails per person and it was okay) but after that, I receive another $1,990 check (we only ordered $450 tequila) and the manager said I didn’t listen carefully and the second table was actually $150 per person. It was super rude, because even though, 6 x &150 is not &1900. Disgusting place!
Extremely disappointing experience and what felt like an attempt to overcharge us by $1,500. We were initially told that we could stay at the table for $50 per person.
