Bad management, won’t recommend this place. They make sure to deduct a lot of amount from your security deposit. My security deposit deduction was $1370 and gave reason that the walls, carpet, paint and appliances had to be redone. No description, no evidence (picture) as to prove / show where exactly it was dirty, no cost breakdown. We just lived there for a year. It’s natural to have some normal wear & tear.
