Steer Clear Where to begin. Pros: Spacious apartments. Nice views (if you have city facing), indoor pool & jacuzzi when it’s working. Cons: This place continues to go down hill. People smoking marijuana in the garage with such a strong smell will give you a headache, management & police have been informed numerous times by security & residents with nothing being done. Bad management, won’t recommend this place. They make sure to deduct a lot of amount from your security deposit. My security deposit deduction was $1370 and gave reason that the walls, carpet, paint and appliances had to be redone. No description, no evidence (picture) as to prove / show where exactly it was dirty, no cost breakdown. We just lived there for a year. It’s natural to have some normal wear & tear.
