I took my 2008 Sonata in to get checked out after my steering wheel locked. I had used them before on an older Honda years ago and remembered there outstanding customer service. Even though they don't specialize in my car, they were more than willing to help me out or find another place I could. They were able to fix my car no problem and I was so grateful! I will definitely refer them out and take my car back.

I was disappointed with my experience at this shop. I was referred to the shop by the Costco in Poway after one of their technicians cross threaded a lug nut while installing new tires. After making an appointment I was given a little push back from the gentleman working their front counter. He told me that he didn't like doing the work for Costco because they sent him these small jobs and not larger repairs. Anyway, after clearing up that Costco would pay for the work I left the car. Best In Poway! – Just had my car serviced by the guys at Precision Automotive. What a great crew. The service was fantastic, they made me feel right at home. I felt as though I could trust them from the get go. The work was done efficiently, and the car is running better than ever! Thanks Dirk, Jay and the crew!!

Completely Unethical – Not to be trusted. They replaced the wrong part and it didn't fix the problem, so they tried to tell me that it was a "process of elimination" - at my expense. I took it to the dealer and they knew what the problem was in 2 minutes, just by the symptoms. If I went to the dealer first it would have saved me $400 and a part I didn't need to replace.

Yes!!! Not Bad At All........ – A little Secret....Call them when it's slow and you cannot beat the price. I promise....I called them when they were slow and called with a price on some services...they price matched very low prices for services...you check it out..that's all I will say. Unethical! – To Precision Tune management: How about my wife taking our Toyota Sienna to your shop on August 16, 2011?referred by Costco--to fix a broken lug nut on the rear left wheel? My wife drove the van there safely without any problem. After the job was done, my wife drove home (with the kids) and she experienced a lot of problems including the rear left wheel making loud noise while driving, and the van hardly moving at times. Go Elsewhere – They claim they are experts, and that they don't replace parts that don't need to be, but their negligence cost me close to a thousand dollars more than it would have if they knew what they were doing.

Defintely the Dealership Alternative !! – I called from one of the local Dealerships to get a price on the repairs & preventative maintenance services I needed on my vehicle............they gave me up-front costs to the repairs I needed. They were less expensive over-all and I liked the way the Management told me the way it was with the status of my vehicle (Life left/Condition).
