Fixed Panasonic LCD with Warranty! – Poway TV was very helpful with my panasonic viero 32 inch LCD. Ever since I received the tv there were wavy black lines on the top of the screen that make it really hard to see the entire picture. First I took my TV to best buy where it was purchased and the "geek squad" there claimed there was nothing wrong with the TV which was really frustrating because the damage was obvious but they wouldn't let us into the back to point out the wavy lines. Came in fixed TV and Calibrated – The tech came in to the house, very nice guy, repaired our Mitsubishi TV and spend a long time sitting and calibrating the screen. TV works and looks better than before. Thanks

Great TV Repair – I was referred by Panasonic for local warranty repair and they gave me 3 choices. One in San Diego, One in Poway, and one in Oceanside. I came to the one in Poway based on reviews of the other stores although there was a scary review for this one as well, it overall seemed to be the "these guys fixed my TV" place and the only bad review was from a guy who was turned away because they don't do JVC. Great work, great personality (Alex), even set up our surround system so that it works right now. We used them 5 years ago, so we called them again....our TV is huge and they come to us to fix it. Alex is the one to ask for....he is the best.

Rock solid TV repair shop – I had a display problem with a newly purchased Sharp Aquos LED 40" TV and contacted Poway TV for assistance. Within two days of contact, Alex put in me in touch with Sharp and initiated a replacement. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Impressed Good: They gave me a quote to "look" at my TV over the phone. I dropped it off. They told me 3-4 days they would call me with what was wrong. They call 4 days later and told me what was wrong and how much to fix it. They stayed open a little late so I could pick up my TV. The price was good.. Bad: The reviews online almost made me not use them.. Improvements: It's a TV repair shop. So I did not expect much and it is what it is..
