Many homes need paint and to clean up there lots. Parking rules not enforced. Over priced homes on land you rent. Used to be a great place to live. See if new managers can turn it back to a great place to live.
Nice location
Don’t move here You can’t do anything to your house. You are completely at the management mercy and then on top of that random strangers have more rights in your community than you do as a resident who pays for lot rent. I was told that people have robbed my house are allowed to be guests at our pool because they are guest of another tenant and there’s nothing I can do about it cause there’s no rules against it so just avoid this place like the goddamn plague.
They constantly allow a neighbor to harass my parents. The management is horrible. My parents have lives there for 50+ years and this is the worst management.
