Not sure where they got a four star rating but This place is terrible stay away. You got dirty pools no access to any amenities and just pay more rent here after year after year. I was told by the regional manager that someone who has robbed me was convicted of robbing us has more rights to our public areas than we do as paying residence. Nice clean mo Ile home park
Many homes need paint and to clean up there lots. Parking rules not enforced. Over priced homes on land you rent. Used to be a great place to live. See if new managers can turn it back to a great place to live.
Nice location
Don’t move here You can’t do anything to your house. You are completely at the management mercy and then on top of that random strangers have more rights in your community than you do as a resident who pays for lot rent. I was told that people have robbed my house are allowed to be guests at our pool because they are guest of another tenant and there’s nothing I can do about it cause there’s no rules against it so just avoid this place like the goddamn plague.
