This place rocks. I got my KTM here & travel far to get all my services done here to. Melo is a sweetheart & goes out of his way to make you happy. Ryan & Josh in the service department are super knowledgeable & have given me lots of recommendations. Unlike other places, they won’t try to get you to do maintenance related repairs until it’s necessary.
Hands down the best customer service I've ever had at a motorcycle dealership!! Dave and his team were completely up front and super professional!! Give Poway powersports a try, you will not be disappointed!! Customer for life!! 💯
I’m not one to write reviews but I am one who appreciates great customer service. These guys go above and beyond. RJ’s class on bike maintenance sure is appreciated. It is a great example of how to treat a customer and in my case of how to win over a customer.
Shout out to Poway Powersports. The KTM I was after sells itself. Dave, Melo, JR, and team, however, provide expertise, advice and care that makes a significant purchase worth making. I have visited and purchased at other KTM dealerships, but commend Poway Powersports for its collaborative effort to earn my business. I just went in for a simple tire swap but the service and professionality not to mention overall coolness of the service department was outstanding. anyone who needs their KTM looked at in the north San Diego area needs to stop at this shop. Kelton is awesome I'm not sure if I got his name correct but he went the extra mile for me
Big Shout-Out to these guys at Poway. I just purchased a 2019 KTM 500 EXC-F from RJ in Sales and what an experience. This guy knows his stuff and wants you to make the best decision for your riding needs. In addition they smoked all their competitions prices, no haggling just fair pricing. RJ and Ryan in parts were extremely helpful in getting all the goodies for this bike to help make it mine and for a few service hours they had the service tech go to work on it.
