I am a new customer to Poway Family Dental Group and have been working with Cassandra to set up a visit and process paperwork/insurance coverage. She has been extremely professional and very responsive to all my questions. The use of their My Chart application to track appointments and message the dentist is a game changer and very user friendly.

Had a genuinely terrific time. One doesn’t usually think of the dentist as a good time, but we laughed and shared stories making my crown procedure simple. Thank you Dr. Dalton and Melody. ❤️😘❤️

I have been coming here for a few years now. My daughter has her braces through Poway Family Dental and I just got a crown done. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Alexandra and Dr. Jaiswal did my crown and they did an awesome job. Nearly perfect fit right out of the printer. Only had to do a little shaving of my tooth. I highly recommend Poway Family Dental and Alejandra and Dr. Jaiswal.

Younis is a very good dental hygienist. He is very thorough and communicates well. Cassandra is one of the new receptionist, she is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend PFDG.

First time patient at Poway family dental and my experience was out standing! Everyone in the office was very polite. Melody and Alejandra were so nice and did there work on my teeth very enjoyable…for being at the dentist for first time in a long time. Dr. Dalton was so nice and very caring. He took time to get to know me and best of all made sure I wasn’t pain free throughout my procedure. So very happy to have found Poway family dental. Thank you to you all.
