We were in San Diego traveling when our diesel Silverado had a serious mechanical problem. I went on google to find a diesel automotive shop close to me and Poway Automobile came up. I called and Scott answered and told me head over and we did. Thankfully they assessed the problem and got to us fixed and back on the road. Scott was awesome and the owner was very forthright and treated us like family, wanted to make sure we were safe on our way back home. Outstanding.
Jose and his shop went above and beyond to help us. Sent a tow truck to our dead truck and got to fixing it right away. Got it back the same day with very fair prices. Will be a repeat customer if we need any more help!
