I was provided with the option to repair my old fridge or buy a new one for almost the same price. I am glad that they considered asking me first before doing the repair, just shows that they are not after your money. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

Someone was sent out that did not speak English. He looked at the dryer for 2 min.Showed up with a computer bag. He Said is leaving and will be back in 20 minutes, he did not do anything in 20 min. And I never got an estimate. I called the company and told them the person doesn’t speak English and I need the company to contact me with what is going on. Also, I asked how could he give me an estimate when he never opened up the dryer and was there for 2 min. Not professional- would never call this company again, it left us fee... read more
Needed work on my dryer. Repair expert was here on time, friendly and clean repair, and fixed it quickly with no problem. I'll definitely call them again.
