Purchased a Roto Zip tool with out any problems. After about 6 months the motor burned out, returned the Roto Zip not really expecting anything to be done and have it returned stating that the warrenty expired or I broke it due to rough use, but to my surprise they gave me a new one with a new warrenty and had me up and working within a week; try that with a big box store. If I need to purchase anything from now on it will be from POUSSON TOOLS where you still get good service and knowlege about what they sell.
I was treated very nicely over the phone. They tried very hard to help me, even though they do not stock what I needed. Really cared about trying to help, which is hard to find in todays industry.
