I was inquiring about RV AC repair and though they could not service my unit the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and offered several suggestions and was very honest I appreciate good customer service
Pousho Plumbing and AC took care of my heating issue last week when two other companies could not. The Service Tech was very knowledgeable and informed me of the problem right away. He was here less than an hour and my heat was working again. Very polite and professional. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and my family!
Beware dealing with this company. My recent experience was a shocker. They quoted a price and charged double the quote. The owner was rude, condescending, and argumentative. Do your due diligence. Check with other contractors, Better Business Bureau etc. Above all, get quote in writing, but best option is to steer clear.
