Dr. Pournaras's office processes do not put patients first. One example of this is when he cancelled my appointment because he was going out of town, and, rather than rescheduling, they put me on a call list. After receiving many last minute calls, I decided to ask that they work me into the schedule. They refused and didn't seem to care whether I stayed with them or not. Their attitude seems to be that patients are expendable. I found another dentist who cares about me as a patient.
