Pounds Property Management enlarged my patio area with new pavers and retaining wall, replaced and extended a broken walkway, added steps for better access on the sloped lot, and completely redid the landscaping around the house, including rebuilding a dry creek bed. Project Manager John’s creative vision and the hard work of Pedro and his crew completely transformed my property and I’ve received many compliments from neighbors. I give them two thumbs up for all their hard work and would definitely recommend them to others.
Absolutely amazing! Their crew was top notch and so fantastic to work with! Their team installed fresh sod, two different fences and even helped with some drain and flooding issues!!! John was fantastic to work with and Pedro and the boys are skilled in their work!

PPM did a spectacular job on my backyard. John's team was extremely particular in ensuring my yard was perfectly done. They work tirelessly in the rain troubleshooting my existing sprinkler system issue. John worked with me on my budget as well to my satisfaction making this a wonderful experience. I am extremely pleased with the results and would definitely recommend PMP to my neighbors and others.
