This gym truly feels like a second home to me. The culture, technical programming, and supportive coaching are, by far, the best. I’ve spent countless hours over the years investing in my training here. Not because I’m a fighter, which I’m not, but because this place grounds me mentally, keeps me strong and moving, consistently challenges me, and gives me a community I genuinely love being part of. Pound 4 Pound Muay Thai has had a positive impact on my fitness, strength, and confidence. The owners and coaches are knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely welcoming, and they have built a supportive community—many have been training here since it opened in 2008. The martial arts program—Muay Thai and Kickboxing—is top tier, and I have found the Strength & Conditioning program to be just as valuable. Decided to get back into martial arts at 44 and have been going here for around two months and taking Coach Clem's classes.I absolutely love it! Look forward to it all week. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome no matter the experience level. Honestly if I could go 7 days a week I would 🤣not enough words to say how much i really love it here!
