Been going here for years. This place is amazing. The facility is gorgeous, the staff is welcoming and can help anyone if any level. The dedication and time put into the curriculum is shown daily. Give this place a try

Awesome gym with great facilities and instructors! Had very little experience with Muay Thai and learned an unbelievable amount in the short time I was there!

Great gym! Very helpful staff for newcomers. The first couple classes you do need to pay attention as the instructors do move fast and take as a given that you know what they are saying or talking about. That’s the only downside. The instructors are helpful during the class at correcting you and helping that way, only after they let you fail a few times, but that is good for growing in humility haha

The heavy bag training here is great. It’s a great workout for cardiovascular endurance and stamina. The coaches here are experienced fighters. They are actively competing in the sport as well. The learning path is structured , progressively advancing students through beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. So if you want to compete in the sport then this would be a great place for you.
