Decided to get back into martial arts at 44 and have been going here for around two months and taking Coach Clem's classes.I absolutely love it! Look forward to it all week. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome no matter the experience level. Honestly if I could go 7 days a week I would 🤣not enough words to say how much i really love it here!
Absolutely the best coaches and community you will find. You will not a better academy. The coaches are top notch and there is a class for everyone. So happy we found Pound 4 Pound. Couldn’t be happier with our training
More than just a gym, it's a second family to us. The coaches excel at teaching skills to both kids and adults. The environment is consistently friendly and approachable, accommodating fighters of all levels, from high-level competitors to beginners. They tailor their training to individual skill levels, and we're particularly grateful for the outstanding training provided to my son, who became a state champion.
P4P is a top tier gym if your looking for a striking gym then you have found it! Coaches are great and world class! Alot of classes and variety from bag classes to K1 Muay thai and even weight lifting as they have a whole weight room! Great place! Highly recommend!
