This company completely neglected my son by assigning him a wildly inexperienced RBT and then discontinuing services before they really ever started. AThey then sent me a very generic discontinuation of services email before blocking me from responding. My son was pushed under the rug by this company and I’m sure he won’t be the first or last child under their care that this happens to.
