While I haven't been onsite yet, I have to say that I called last week asking questions regarding a potential procedure for one of my dogs. Dr Susan returned my call the next day with more info than I could ever have imagined! She devoted over 20 minutes to our call, answering every question I had, clearly demonstrating her professionalism and experience, plus she knew of the challenges facing my breed. And I wasn't even a client yet! Thanks so much!
Brought Fiona to Dr. Susan yesterday for the first time. We felt so at ease with her. She did a very thorough exam and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. She also looks at the behavioral aspects of care too which is pretty impressive. We're going to miss Dr. Scott and Dr. Kris, but we feel like they left the office in extremely capable hands. Added bonus was seeing Tabatha and Cindy again too!!!
Recommend her highly! Dr. Johnson has been seeing our animals for over 15 years, and now following her to Poultney.

We will definitely miss Dr. Scott & Dr. Chris, but we saw Dr. Susan for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I can tell that we are going to like her just as much.
