Great service and exceptional quality. Poulsen has replaced my furnace and air conditioner. Rob's attention to detail is excellent. Everything works well and was installed with precision. Angie was always in touch to communicate timing and payments.
They sold me an AC unit in September 2019 and although I spent thousands of dollars on it, I basically got 2 summers out of it. When I asked Angie for a copy of the warranty, she blew me off. Then she told me she would send it (I knew she wouldn’t!!) because she is rude and highly unprofessional. I refused to use them because they installed a shoddy fireplace and I had them take it out! Zero customer service and never take any type of accountability.
I highly recommend Poulsen’s for heating and air condition service and installation and service. Calls are answered or immediately returned 24/7 by Angie; not an answering machine where you wonder if and when your call will be returned. Angie is wonderful and keeps you updated when to expect their arrival and monitors if they’re running ahead/or behind giving you updates.
