Nice family business but Jason comes over very offensive and won’t listen to the customer for one second. That was my first red flag. His boys are kind and make up for him some. The wood color is nice. His sons do a good job. There were a few things they brushed over and said would get better over time except a few months after, the wood was splitting with big cracks and Jason wouldn’t consult with or take ANY responsibility. Jason was great to work with! He got me a quote quickly and even followed up over text to see if I had any questions. My experience shopping for flooring has been great!
Jason definitely deserves a 5 star review. The nicest guy to work with. I changed my mind on a piece of carpet and he was willing to work with me. He’s always been on time to meet me. He keeps his prices down because of low overhead. Pictures to come. I’d recommend getting your flooring from Poulsen flooring!!
