I've personally seen Ellen's approach in action - She has this naturally calming presence that makes you feel immediately at ease. She is incredibly understanding and has a grounding way of helping people feel seen and supported. If you're looking for a therapist who truly cares and knows what she's doing, I can't recommend her enough!
