i was dealing with some pretty heavy issues, so i reached out to Poulsbo Therapy and Wellness. i was connected to Ashley, and her training and experience, as well as being trained in issues related to military service were tremendous. While talking to/with her, i succeeded in the goals i needed help with. for now, she is staying as my provider, although remote, with less frequency than when i was seeing her in person.
