From my very first contact with the kind and compassionate office manager, to midway through an extensive post covid recovery plan, I’m ecstatic! Dr. Poulos has it all. Professionalism, Artistry and Efficiency. If you’re looking for a dentist in the Cambria, CA area, this would be the best choice. All around the most pleasant and effective dental office I’ve ever worked with.
I was her first patient. She was great but her baby kicked me in the head. havn't seen her in 20 years. Will see her soon
She is the worst dentist I have ever been to. Most painful cleanings of my life, and she has a really bad reputation in town with many dissatisfied clients. She is by far the bottom of the barrel for dentists and her work is subpar on a good day.
Out of four appointments I had with Dr. Poulos, two of those were rescheduled at their request. At each of those as I was sitting in the chair with a drill in my mouth, she explained she was running late and needed to be somewhere else - a class or a rehearsal. Rescheduling to their convenience and then not having time for my case? A third time I was rescheduled and then while I'm in the chair she leaves me sitting there because "an insurance patient" has come in. Like my cash isn't good enough. I was visiting and my temporary bridge fell out. Not only did they take me in without an appointment, but she did terrific work beyond was most would have done with short notice. She carefully described everything she did to assist my dentist in having the bridge last ad long as it needs to last. I am so happy I was able to access this womans' wonderful skills when i was in need.
