Cathy provides great customer service, and Richard is a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommended compared to some higher cost options in town.
Had them come out to check a home before purchasing. They cleared it of all signs of previous and current infestations. After I took possession of the home I found several live roaches as well as evidence of bedbugs. They had someone else come out to confirm this. This person only looked in one room and the basement. He found dead roaches and evidence of bedbugs. Again he only checked the kitchen. When I called them back to see if I could get some sort of reduction in price they said they would send a third person out to che... read more

This place is too busy all the time, wasted my time. Edit: I tried, but I guess, I'll find something else I guess. I never had a help with anything.
Very poor service. I called in early Aug to book appt and was told to call back at end of Aug. I called back and was told they were booked up. They were not very friendly or courteous on the phone.
