Austin Hughes was the service technician that came out on an after-hours call. He was extremely helpful and professional he took time to explain to me in layman terms where I could understand what the problem was and what he did to fix it. I cannot recommend this company enough they were reasonably priced very professional and again took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me pictures of the work before and after I Am So Satisfied with this company!!

The walk-in cooler at my business started failing right in the prime of busy season and Poulin helped us immensely. Their technicians were extremely knowledgeable and took their time explaining and giving me options - they didn't use a bunch of jargon I didn't understand or come off rushed etc. This was extremely important given the fact the cooler ultimately needed replaced.
