Was hesitant to come into this dealership because of the reviews on here. However, I did notice the dates on the reviews were from a couple years ago so I figured I'd give them a shot. WOW. They informed me that the owner hired an entirely new staff and this place has completely changed my perception of the car buying process. These people are a joke. Wanna buy a car from drug addicts? Be my guest. You walk into the dealership and all you smell pot. They smoke in all the cars. And most of all, they will rip you off!!!!!
The worst service out there, period. Out of the 8 months we've owned our Jeep Wrangler, it's been in the shop for 4 of those weeks. We purchased the optional warranty coverage for an extra $60 a month and it seems to be completely worthless. Most recently we brought the Jeep in because of a grinding noise and were told for a week that they were waiting on approval from the warranty company..
