I showed interest in Car Gurus and they reached out so quick and were never pushy at all. I ended up buying elsewhere simply because i decided I wanted a white jeep in particular, but after months of searching and dealing with pushy sales men at other dealers around VT, Poulin was a refreshing experience, they made me feel very comfortable as a first time buyer!

The employees here have made my first experience a wonderful one, on return for a second vehicle purchase they have helped me fill out, send, resend, find and send again the information my gap company has needed .. they are amazing and honest! Best car buying experience I've had

Bought a 2008 Ford Fusion and the minute we bought it we found damage that was hidden during the sale they told me that it was put on their by me and that I did it so the insurance hired investigator and they Google the Vin number and in a picture on poulains website there was a picture of the car with the damage that they told me that I did when they were approached about the problem they still denied everything and even though we had proved that they were lying and trying to cover it up they still ignored me enough she kic... read more

Typical used car dealership. Was not impressed at the vehicle I looked at very over priced and very poor body work.

Salesman lied to me about my warranty, which I only realized after I had to take it in to get a new water pump. They proceeded to keep my car for 6 days after telling me I was “high priority”. And kept pushing out the day it was supposed to be done (first Friday, then Monday, finally Tuesday). I’m thoroughly unimpressed with their service
