Recently had some repairs done to my car and again brought it to Poughkeepsie Nissan as I’ve always had pleasant experiences . Shane was my service rep this time and he did a great job in taking my car , and this is consistent with all their staff as upper management has this place running well all the time

I had my 2017 Sentra towed here for a key fob connection issue. I am from out of state and was in NY for the holidays and my car would not start after changing the battery in the key fob and needed to be able to drive back down to South Carolina. I ended up having my spare key fob overnighted in the mail to me which ended up working so I did not need service on my car, but when I picked up my car. My Driver door handle was ripped off. I wish I could give these people more than 5 stars. They seriously show up for me time, and time, and time again. I’ve had multiple random computer issues with my 2022 pathfinder (let me be clear the car did not come from this dealership.) I’ve been through a rollercoaster of emotions and arguments with consumer affairs multiple times and the service team at PK Nissan has had my back, gone above and beyond to defend my cases, and made repairs in a timely manner.
