Not sure what happened over the past few years. It’s been a while since I have been here to have general maintenance done to my car and it was not a friendly experience. Service staff used to be friendly and now seems like everyone has an attitude. Very disappointing.
Had my car towed there because it didn't start after only owning it for two weeks. When i picked it up they didn't even give me an invoice of what was done , so i have no record of repair done.
Really horrible experience.
Recently had some repairs done to my car and again brought it to Poughkeepsie Nissan as I’ve always had pleasant experiences . Shane was my service rep this time and he did a great job in taking my car , and this is consistent with all their staff as upper management has this place running well all the time
