Very unprofessional and rude didn't know what l was there for even after having my referral , wouldn't let me speak and kept saying if you don't like the door is out there, when asked about coverage she said l had to pay $30 and before l could say yes she says if you don't want to pay again with the door. She may be a good specialist but has no client service skills at all
Very rude and mean she started yelling and behaving weird and screamed out the door as I was in my car leaving
I had a deep pocket reduction done on September 22, 2025, with Dr. Joanne Pouchet, and the experience was fantastic. She was professional, gentle, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, and recovery has been easier than I expected. Dr.Pouchet is a very unprofessional individual. My Partner would go out of her way to specifically ask her general Dentist for a referral to Dr.Pouchet because she used to have nothing but great things to say about her. Until just this passed weekend when my partner sensed something felt "off" When she went to see Dr.Pouchet for the dental exams she needed, Dr.Pouchet decided to point out that she could get her nails and hair done (They were a gift to her) but didnt understand why she couldnt pay for whatever dental work nee... read more
