Great place, Julia gave me the best cleaning I've ever had.
My husband and I have been patients of Pottstown Family and Pediatric Dentistry for over a a decade. The entire staff is so competent and friendly, we have recommend many friends, neighbors, and acquaintances to this practice and will continue to do so.
Dr. Patel and Laura were very gentle. It was my first visit and there did take about an hour to do multiply picture and gum measurements (which in my 50+ years of going to the dentist, this has never occurred) I understand the reason behind it, I just wished it didn't take so long. I spent a total of almost 2 hours there. The office and staff were friendly and I would recommend this office. Next visit shouldn't be so time-consuming.
Everyone is amazing, genuine, and kind. I'm so glad we found Pottstown Family & Pediatric Dentistry. My entire family goes here and we never plan on leaving!

Excellent
ALl went well. Was taken in about 5 inutes after checking in. The dental hygentist (I forget her name) was both professional and thorough in cleaning and advising analysis of my gums. Also Dr. Patel convinced me to make my extraction appointment and personally escorted me to the receptionist to make the appointment while I was in there. Kudos to the team!!
Professional, high-quality dental services for sure. But the overall patient experience is also important. This practice is the best I've ever experienced from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Friendly, competent, professional people make you feel welcome and cared for the entire time you are there.
