I moved to Gilbertsville in 2017 and used Brookside for my family of 4 until 2023. I previously rated this practice 5 stars and loved the doctors, specialists, and care they gave until 2020. At that time: 1. 3 of my specialist doctors left for Tower health 2. Nobody returned calls days (even when family members were extremely ill) 3. Couldn't get an appointment until 3-4 weeks later. 4. I’ve seen doctors affiliated with this practice for 30+ years, and almost always have received the very best attention. They brought me back from a brain stem stroke almost 20 years ago. I am grateful for their care. As of February 2023, most of my one time PMSI doctors have moved to Tower Health. I’ve followed them. Same good practice and some better!

Nothing but problems with them. Steer clear. My whole family has used PMSI for decades. The past few years they have completely went downhill (they started going bad even before covid). I highly recommend anywhere but here.

I don't suggest choosing this practice, if you really need to be seen asap. They have fewer doctors to care for the many patients they've taken on, I believe. I called a practice in Wyomissing and was given an appt to be seen the same day! Thank you Lord!

Terrible Health Network as a whole. Entire system is antiquated and outdated. For as much as healthcare costs you would think their systems and technology would be updated and cutting edge. Good luck transferring out as you have to go through 3 departments to get your medical records and pay a fee over the phone after you receive an invoice in the mail. The entire process takes over 3 weeks.
