This is the worst hospital. Appalled by lack of coordination, plan of care, communication and treatment of patient's family. IF my father survives his stay, we will never use this hospital again.
This so called hospital sent my child home with a broken leg, bone completely displaced and told us to follow up with someone. We did, CHOP that day, and they told is she should have been brought in ASAP via ambulance the second Pottstown saw her X-ray . Pottstown couldn’t get past the fact that my daughter had two moms so they sent her home untreated. Shame on them! Never again!
The billing dept. is killing me. Was told 3 times, 3 separate months that there was a hold on my bill due to incorrect coding and that it was being figured out. Called last month and was told it was still sitting there not yet reviewed with the new coding and that she would push it to where it needed to go. Was told there was still a hold on that bill. the wait time in the er is horrible the survive sucks
to many to list but let me try my wife was in new years day till Friday. Took 5 hours to find out cat scan and blood work results in ER. The ER was short staffed period. Also you have a water problem as per all the signs on the doors You have legionaries disease in the water HOW CAN YOU BE OPEN. My wife comes home with sinus infection where did that come from ???? Never again,
