Something isn't adjusted right . Broke my license frame in pieces. Manager never responded to message. Then gave them a second. chance,and my roof was scratched in the back.
This Company is worse than a one star rating! Poor business practices and extremely unprofessional! My car was damaged in their wash, managers and the owner would not return phone calls or handle the situation in a professional manner, not to mention that the business is unsupervised by any adults. Just young inexperienced, unprofessional kids are running the place. BEWARE!!!
When a customer has a problem RETURN THEIR PHONE CALL, DON"T LEAVE THEM HANGING!

uhh got stuck for about 2 mins in the car wash lol and my pass they put on my car was not working either??? Staff always friendly though
