This place is so convenient in all aspects, it’s going to be hard to find a better place. Cheap rent, everything is close by, good neighborhood. 10/10.
I regularly visit my family at the Pottsgrove Townhomes. Last week the grass was high beyond belief and the bushes as well. I came back today and everything had been cut and trimmed. Grass already needs to be cut again, but I give it about two more weeks until that happens. I feel for my family who has young kids who want to play outside. And the trash around the property in the stairwells and outside the dumpsters. According to them, management has gone way downhill in the past year. I’ve been living here almost 2 years, it’s a quiet community and happy I have some friendly neighbors. I think it’s great affordability for what you get. Only complaint is they advertise a dog park but its real tiny and dirty and always filled with dog crap. But outside of that have had a positive experience here
The townhouses are nice on the inside. The neighbors seem friendly. Each townhouse has numbered spaces. If you visit someone who lives here you must park in a non-numbered space or risk being towed or ticketed. They have an unground pool for the residents along with a toy play area and a community grilling area and picnic tables. The maintenance could be a lot better. Small bedroom roof bin leaking since last year. Fridge and dishwasher leak regularly. Walking out my front door the Maintenance man almost ran me over because he drives golf cart on the grass right past your front door. This place is awful. Residents smoking pot outside all hours of the day and night.loud kids running around in the middle of the street and leaving there toys in the street. This place is a joke and at 15 to 1600 a month they are out of there minds
