I have resided in my townhome for a little over a yr. now. I love my unit. I’m a plant mommy so of course I have a unit w/bay window. The heating & cooling system works great. The washer makes loud noise during doin cycle and the toilets are extremely low flow would be my only “issues”. My neighbors are great and you can not hear them through the walls so that’s great too!! We love the pool and grilling area as well as the playground. Also the events hosted by management. This place is so convenient in all aspects, it’s going to be hard to find a better place. Cheap rent, everything is close by, good neighborhood. 10/10.
I regularly visit my family at the Pottsgrove Townhomes. Last week the grass was high beyond belief and the bushes as well. I came back today and everything had been cut and trimmed. Grass already needs to be cut again, but I give it about two more weeks until that happens. I feel for my family who has young kids who want to play outside. And the trash around the property in the stairwells and outside the dumpsters. According to them, management has gone way downhill in the past year. I’ve been living here almost 2 years, it’s a quiet community and happy I have some friendly neighbors. I think it’s great affordability for what you get. Only complaint is they advertise a dog park but its real tiny and dirty and always filled with dog crap. But outside of that have had a positive experience here
The townhouses are nice on the inside. The neighbors seem friendly. Each townhouse has numbered spaces. If you visit someone who lives here you must park in a non-numbered space or risk being towed or ticketed. They have an unground pool for the residents along with a toy play area and a community grilling area and picnic tables. The maintenance could be a lot better.
