They seem to have a large selection of product. Yes it is family owned and operated, however the son that operates the place is unorganized, rude, lacks knowledge, and is quite disrespectful of the clientele. My daughter had a birthday party there 15 months ago. The party was,....ok. We we're not able to get in to set up on time. The party was slow moving and they lacked creativity to keep the kids interested for the 5-7 year olds we had. The plate that's included in the party is a good idea.
