The perfect chocolate chip cookie!
Potts Chocolate is the best (if not the only) Bean to Bar chocolatier in Charlotte. I’m a chocolate connoisseur, and only the best satisfies my tastes. The chocolate is dark, rich, and full of flavor. It’s worth the trip uptown. My favorite is the single origin Uganda bar, fruity and rich.
Where to begin in singing the praises of Potts Chocolate? The craftsmanship, the quality, and the palate-pleasing creativity of these artisanal delicacies is unparalleled. And I consider myself a chocolate connoisseur. I have ordered Potts Chocolate many times for gifts and for myself. I have even commissioned custom designs for special events. My favorite chocolate place
In Manhattan or Paris or Monaco, 16 tiny chocolates might go for $35 or $40 and be packaged in a beautiful box with fine note card and gold labels and stickers. They'd also be exquisite cocoa with varied notes of fruit, nut or flowers. Not here. $50 in a soft cheap box with nothing fine and notes printed on a desk jet. The chocolates all have the same bitter notes and are generally unpleasant. It's a small business and I was hesitant to be this honest. But it's a Charlotte scam needing a comuppance.
