The staff and Dr Pottorff are very nice, understanding and professional. The office is relaxing and puts you at ease with the ambiance. Unfortunately with the cost of dental care vs. insurance it's costly. I never received a follow up phone call from my last visit which is a little disappointing. I was to get an implant replaced after my original site became infected.
