These ladies went waaayyyyyyy out of their way to help me find two pillow shams that weren’t even in season! They just blew me away with their professionalism and kindness!!! I live all the way in Texas and that didn’t stop them from providing the best customer service! So grateful!!!

Happy the store is here to be able to see some stuff in person before ordering online but the staff is horrible!
I am so excited! I just called to check on the availability an item, the store had my item AND the customer service was outstanding! Incredibly patient, friendly, and above and beyond. I called on my lunch hour, less than a week away from Christmas - so I know the store was so incredibly busy, but the associate (Kimberly I believe) was so kind and full of Holiday cheer - THANK YOU Pottery Barn Kids at Utica Square. I appreciate your kindness and excellent customer service VERY much! I'll be shopping with you again!
