ONLINE REVIEW -NOT STORE- If you order online make sure you have enough credit on your Credit card and also make sure to order MONTHS before your item/item's are needed. They soft charge your card for the full amount when purchase. Then as the items get Shipped, they charge for each individual item, since I had embroidery/engraved items everything has shipped separately. I have had soooo many charges on my card from pottery barn it is crazy. NOT to mention some of the items I ordered are on back order, but I was not informed... read more
