Came to purchase back to school items for my kid. I’ve never felt so discriminated against in a store in all the years I’ve lived in Austin. I couldn’t take a step without having a staff on my behind. My mom and sister had accompanied me and they were also being followed. It truly made me so uncomfortable and infuriated. Dont keep receipts… Offered me a military discount last year now tell me “thats strange we “cant” sell, “no one can” Nuna with a discount. 100% false. Nuna offers a discount. Other retailers offer a discount. UNBELIEVABLE someone would just lie to my face. Horrible experience WILL NEVER COME BACK!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My item arrived broken, didn't offer help. I paid 100+ and waited over a month. Jessica at customer service, needs to be fired for she couldn't even help me and insisted for a return after I said I cut my hands handling the item.
Please learn from our mistake and do not buy from this store/company. We purchased a nursery chair for $1400 and they delayed delivery for months, engaged in rude and classist behavior towards us, and delivered a broken chair. We confirmed it was broken when they delivered it and they stated they would leave it and have someone return to fix it. We could never get anyone to return nor get it refunded. Every step of this experience was a nightmare.
