I came in to purchase a car seat for my baby and had a simple question about whether the car seat required a separate base or if it came with one. I spoke with Becca, and while she did confirm that it came with the base, her attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. As an expecting mother, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of patience and professionalism. Went for the first time on Dec 24 and I was amazed with the quality of the merchandise.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff were rude and unresponsive. I am a frequent shopper for pottery barn but this location was awful. A business should treat customers with respect—this one clearly does not. The store was empty and I can definitely see why. I recommend saving your time and shopping online.
Well well a lot of employees on duty but none of them greets costumers and all of the employees have weird attitude
