Stopped here to get a house warming gift. Staff were friendly, nice gift wrapping.
Scott was exceedingly helpful during my visit to the store. I needed to process several online returns, and he also recommended alternative bedding options that were currently in stock and available for expedited shipping. The store looks very organized and clean!

In Store shopping experience is typically very positive, and in particular Donald at the Fort Lauderdale location is excellent. However, delivery experience is atrocious. After multiple phone calls to confirm that a COI was provided prior to delivery to my building, it was still not done on time. Moreover, the delivery company used by Pottery Barn is extremely unprofessional.
