Excellent service at Pottery Barn! Candie was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of helping us find the perfect sofa. She made the experience easy and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to help. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Candie!
If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a bedroom set, expensive concrete top dining table and bench. Waited 11 weeks for it to arrive. They brought the incorrect bed, 10+ cracks in the table, and bench with scuff mark. No help trying to expedite replacements. Horrible customer service. Will no longer be doing business with them. Do better Pottery Barn!!
Longtime Pottery Barn customer but not anymore. Pottery Barn use to have quality products and great service. Now they are horrific.. We bought an expensive bed and a kitchen table around the same time. We had issues with both and customer service was terrible with both. The kitchen table finish is coming off and splitting after 12.5 months of ownership. Called customer service and they said to call a furniture repair company. It was not a cheap table. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
I ordered furniture in March, 4 months ago, and the cheap delivery company they use in my area still has not delivered it! It has been at their warehouse since mid April!!! Both pottery barn and the delivery company called Diakon logistics will not return calls or resolve the issue. Pottery barns customer service is absolutely horrid!!! You lost all my future business!!!
