I love that they have a verity of stock..the ppl are very friendly and lots of smiles..
When I go to a store like Pottery Barn, I have a certain expectation for the store employees and the customer service. I was beyond disappointed tonight when I went in and found some ornaments and asked if they had any more in the back. I was told by all 4 store employees, who were just standing around the registers, that they were spread out in the store and that I would have to search for them. I won’t be back at the this sad excuse for a store.
Beautiful location and store. Uninviting looks from staff. Definitely not welcoming. Zero customer service.
lol went to buy some furniture, ready to drop some cash, but wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged, diversity hires must not understand retail and don’t want to drive sales…
