Pottery Barn at Grand Boulevard Sandestin has an amazing staff who are always so friendly and helpful. Recently, I worked with Candy to purchase two large frames for my daughter‘s wedding pictures. She went over and above to help me get what I needed. As a designer, she was able to assist me with questions as to what would look best in my home. I have shopped in the store for years and will continue to do so.
Great service. Personalized and courteous. Took time to look at inventory in store and online to find exactly what I needed.

I found Gold Necklace and Emblem at this Pottery Barn, gave to one of the staff members. Which I should’ve not done but turned it in to the store manager and got signed release. I thought store might have sold trinkets or something but no. When I called I spoke to Alma, assistant manager, who didn’t seem to know anything about necklace, called following day to speak to Micheal, store manager. Left message at 11:45am, haven’t heard from him yet. Didn’t know I was handing necklace over to be stolen.
