I ordered a sofa on closeout sale. "No refunds, no exchanges, all orders final." Apparently that only goes one way. They called the next day to inform me they're canceling the order due to an online pricing error. They offered a 10% discount in return but the closeout price was far better. Buyer beware with online purchases. I'll also be reporting this to the BBB.
Such great customer service...came in to purchase a candle and walked out with a lot more! I will be sure to share my experience with all my friends.
Pottery Barn at Grand Boulevard Sandestin has an amazing staff who are always so friendly and helpful. Recently, I worked with Candy to purchase two large frames for my daughter‘s wedding pictures. She went over and above to help me get what I needed. As a designer, she was able to assist me with questions as to what would look best in my home. I have shopped in the store for years and will continue to do so.
