I bought two turkey platter and cloche cover for the turkey platter for $535 total because I trust Pottery Barn and William Sonoma knowing them for their quality product and because I was told by a worker they are stainless steel, but unfortunately after a single use they are trash, they are stained from the food I put inside, which is so dangerous because the reaction of the turkey and metal made a chemical change for the color of the metal which so unhealthy and dangerous. Honestly so frustrated with this store. If I would have just purchased the furniture on line I would have it by now. Everyone is very nice when you go into the store. Very helpful and the product is great. However post order they are pretty much unresponsive. I have called so many times and been told someone will call me back. No one ever does. No one ever helps. I was visiting the store while shopping with my wife and decided to take a seat in one of the comfortable arm chairs and do some online shopping. While doing so I accidentally dropped $100 cash in one of the cushions of the seat. Later on after discovering that I had lost it, I called the store. They let me know they would keep an eye out, but my hopes were not high, I was sure someone shopping would have spotted it and probably thought of it as a Christmas miracle, and went on to buy some presents with it.
