I love shopping in this upscale shop
Many positive experiences at this store over the years. On our last trip in store, Design studio specialist Christie H. was extremely helpful and courteous helping us find the perfect swivel reclining chair. She even went above and beyond to find stock in another store for us. We’ve been searching so long for this particular chair and we are very grateful for her great customer service.
My boyfriend and I got ignored at the cash register trying to buy something. I guess if you don’t look rich you’re invisible in this store.
I am ignored almost every time I go in the Tulsa store. I went in twice to order a sofa and loveseat and the staff acted as if I was invisible. One of the few times someone asked if I needed help I asked about a piece of furniture in a specific finish and the salesperson told me very curtly that particular line had never been done in the color I requested.
