This review is for one of the sales associates I encountered outside of the store on 4/25/25 at 12:50pm. I was parked in the curbside pickup with multiple other cars about to pick up my Philz order when an associate came up to my window and very rudely commanded me to move my car. Above and Beyond! I moved to San Ramon six months ago, and ever since, Pottery Barn in San Ramon has been my go-to place for making my new home feel special. Condescending staff that have trouble answering simple questions. Asking us multiple times if the measurements we provided are correct, and that there is no cancellation. Why would we spend $10k on a couch without knowing the measurements to our own home?
I really wanted to order some sofas. So went in to look at the fabric before placing the order- the lady in furniture was so rude racist and disrespectful. Kept saying we don’t have this fabric. You must be mistaken with west elm. I said at least try and look. Finally she gave in. Clearly didn’t want to work or help her customers. Do not recommend at this location.
