Beware of the Walnut Creek Ca location. Went in to open a PB card and when I got our bill there was a fraudulent charge. I suspect the cashier. Who initially helped us. She wrote our information down on a piece of paper then told us she couldn’t issue the card . They did nothing to help me except make excuses. Went down twice and was turned away. I would avoid this store unless you want your identity stolen
