Walked in today interested in purchasing some dining furniture and was completely ignored the entire time I was in the store! They just lost me as a customer. So incredibly rude and unprofessional.

They have so many pretyy things in there . I could decorate a whole house with just what they have. Love walking in there.

Horrible customer service. I love pottery barn and all their items but the staff here at this location is horrible. They all had unhappy faces and sarcastic responses to our questions. I will go the one i. Brea from now on. This store won’t get any more money from me.
