I worked with Cristel virtually after being connected to this store from their online chat. If I didn't live on the east coast, I would have gone to see her in a heartbeat! Cristel went above and beyond to help me build a custom couch. She hopped on a zoom call, showed me fabrics, and even did a virtual tour of my house to get measurements. Customer service on front end is great! Our sofa was ordered during the Thanksgiving sale, and has been delayed TWICE! this is ridiculous - it shouldn't take 4 months for make a sofa! We called customer service on order and didn't get an answer - they couldn't give info on why it was delayed, just that it was delayed. NOT GOOD back end customer service.

Even though I made every payment early, they charged me a full years interest on the promotional account because there were two different due dates based on when the furniture was ordered and the statement due date. I won't shop there again. What they did was unethical.
I went to the store to get help to replace slipcovers on 2 couches, 2 chairs and an ottoman. A lady at the register asked if I needed help. I said yes and she sat me to look through fabrics stating she would be back in a few minutes that she was helping someone with a registry. 15 minutes later another assoc. asked if I needed help.
